PETE'S PARDON

SOUTH DAKOTA'S LEGISLATURE GRANTED A PARDON RESOLUTION IN THE 2015–16 SESSION!

Step 1 in the pardon process was official word from South Dakota's lawmakers. See one article on the process from the Associated Press here.

 

Step 2 was to include the Resolution in a packet that was sent to President Obama. We are waiting with crossed fingers, hoping that he will grant Pete the pardon.
